Plans, payments and invoices
Paying by card or bank transfer, changing plans, invoices and referrals.
Two separate bills
- Your WAlenz plan, paid to us monthly or yearly.
- WhatsApp message fees, charged by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business account.
Paying
- By card through PayHere: once, or automatically every month or year.
- By bank transfer: transfer to the account shown on your billing page, then click Send the receipt and upload it. We check it within one working day, start your plan and email your invoice.
Changing plan
Upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the time left. A smaller plan starts when your paid time ends. Stop automatic payments whenever you like.
Running out of messages
We email you at 80% and 100% of your plan's messages for the period. When they run out, sending pauses until the period renews or you upgrade.
Invoices
Every payment has a numbered invoice under Settings → Billing, also emailed to you.
